the room featured a large, comfortable bed. the bathroom also had good size and included a shower. i found the color changing light to be a nice touch.
The night auditor did not seem very friendly. They looked inconvenienced. the area felt dodgy at night with a red light district vibe. the noise levels at night were high, a constant issue.

the staff are nice, so checking in was smooth. the room was just right for me and had a queen size bed.
the room don't had a fridge and i found that a bit annoying. also, it was near some pubs and i did hear noise. the noise was really loud at night making it difficult to sleep easily.

The security person was very reassuring since it was my first solo travel experience. The reception staff was also friendly and helpful. I saw the best city views from my room window. I loved the rooftop pool, sitting area, and of course, the fine views. It was an amazing experience.
I found no separate cloth racks or shelves in my room. Beds filled the room. Once I pulled my luggage in, there was barely space to turn around.

the hotel is near jalan alor, only a short walk!!! i also walked to the klcc park and petronas twin towers through the pavilion. the staff were very helpful and friendly. the room was sparkling clean.
i would have liked a small refrigerator in the room. it was a minor inconvenience, though.
